DUDE! BILL AND TED ARE BACK!
It’s been over 30 years since Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure originally took audiences on a time traveling escapade in 1989. They returned again in 1991 for Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey, and, now, they’re back to Face the Music!
With both Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves returning their roles as Bill and Ted, and with Dean Parisot as director (the director of one of my favorite movies — Galaxy Quest!), Bill and Ted Face the Music, aka Bill and Ted 3, is sure to be a wild ride.
Watch the Trailer With Me
Bill and Ted Face the Music is coming to theaters THIS SUMMER! Wow, it feels like a lifetime has passed since we last went to the movies or even had a new movie trailer drop, so this news comes as a welcome surprise.
Mark your calendars — Bill and Ted 3 will open on August 21, 2020.
About the Movie
Directed by Dean Parisot with returning franchise writers Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon, the film will continue to track the time-traveling exploits of William “Bill” S. Preston Esq. and Theodore “Ted” Logan. Yet to fulfill their rock and roll destiny, the now middle aged best friends set out on a new adventure when a visitor from the future warns them that only their song can save life as we know it. Along the way, they will be helped by their daughters, a new batch of historical figures, and a few music legends — to seek the song that will set their world right and bring harmony in the universe.
Bill and Ted Face the Music is directed by Dean Parisot (Galaxy Quest), written by Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon (Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure) – and produced by Scott Kroopf, Alex Lebovici, and Steve Ponce.
Orion Pictures presents Bill and Ted Face the Music, in theaters via United Artists Releasing on August 21, 2020.
